Create a comparison widget for my website

Hello, I need the comparison widget in the middle of this site ([login to view URL]) to be converted to a html/css widget. The sign up button should react to hovering to be engaging. Also, I'd like a column with 5 yellow stars in between the rate and the sign up button like this mockup: [login to view URL] . I'd like the html and css ready to copy paste into wordpress and id like it to conform to the space so that it looks good on mobile also.
