I am actually a business which involve similar rules such the Twago platform. Is a business connect to travel. User side: an user logged in, can ask for a specific travel, choosing from some option (such like the page of project Twago). After that the request will be sent to all agencies that has and abbonament on our platform. Agencie side: can manage the request of the users and public reply to the request. They pay an abbonamento or a fee coins for each answer they want to give. The user can vote the best proposal and choose the agency. Also here will work as Twago, such like the quote, the payment, the fee and so on. Let me know if you can fit in a budget around 2-3K euro maximun. It should be done with a CMS please specify which in order to have the full management of the platform. Please specify how you want to manage it, and the delivery time, is quite urgent (1-2 month maximun). The site should be fully responsive and be ready for develop an App in next future Thanks Mirco
