I need someone to convert this site which is using a free template, to a template that can be used in Dreamweaver CC 2013 (so that I can make changes to the content), and is web standards compliant and responsive. The coding may be dated, so it needs to be checked and changes made. If you bid, please let me know your suggestions are as to what needs to be done (eg if the whole site needs recoding, or I should use a new template etc).
