Professional small company website in Wordpress

#REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking proposals from businesses to help us design and build a user-friendly website for a small business, the site need to look professional include a section where multiple products can be shown and filtered. we need to be able to aggregate picture and text of these products from a third party website. The user need to be able to select between two languages. I have listed the pages needed initially below but the site needs to be scaleable and it should be easy to add more pages in the future. - Initial Pages: Company presentation, Services presentation, New products (section), Second hand products(section), contact, terms and conditions. - Two languages for the user to select, Spanish and English - The section for product presentation includes picture and text, no shopping cart& online shopping.
