Basic Forum Website

I want to create a basic forum where people can ask questions and get quick answers Here is my inspiration www. secret cities. com/london I want similar design with round edges but the colours will be provided. One for Titles and 1 for the area a round the white - I Only want the discussion part of the website above at this point. - Use Facebook Connect to login and post questions and comments - Search area on top - Share with Twitter & Facebook & BUZZ - Threaded comments so you can see who comments on what comment under a question - Report/complain function - Date of first entry - If i make my first login today then I became a member this day I will add many more features later so the website have to be built up in a very scalable way. I will add this forum to my existing website so it wil be on [login to view URL] Ideally I would like the same forum simontaniously on 2 websites. Is this possible? [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] goes to the same place. (not forwarded) Please PM me if you need more info or if anything is unclear I have no preference on what cms you use but it has to be easy to use and cheap. The website above is done with wordpress I beleive. I can send you examples if you ahve any questions
