Adult Mobile Site

Looking for a designer to build from the ground up adult website accessable by and rendered well on mobile/PDA devices. This would include the basic design for the Intro/Tour of the site, member lounge,templates for member pages where I can add the content(streaming photo gallerys, streaming video, downloadable video and gallerys, Disclaimer page, payment page using CC, paybyphone and SMS payment from an 3rd party provider. We already run adult webcam sites, so we would probably look for similar look & feel. Looking for provided that has verifiable experience and portfolio in this area and who is prepared to provide detailed plan of how he would complete this project.
