I am looking for a simple real estate investor site to attract motivated sellers. I prefer simple sites without allot of flashy graphics. Besides the site I am really looking for SEO and target marketing. I can have the site built anywhere but I am really seeking some proven methods for driving targeted traffic to the site. We only buy houses in the Seattle area of Washington State. I don't want to spend money on advertising that brings in houses from all across the USA. If you don't have a proven method of delivering specific geographic leads, please don't bid on this project. The site I have now can be found at [login to view URL] It is very simple but very effective. I don't need a database, the leads will be sent via email from a form. I plan on using all the content from [login to view URL] on the new site. I just want a different look and lots of new traffic outside my current advertising.
