Complete website design, along with a logo

I need a website designed for a new "green" (environmentally friendly)company. I will need a logo designed as well. The website will have a main page, an about us page, a faq, contact us, locations, free quote, two other short pages, and a reservation page. I will provide the formula that is used with the quote system. I'm not sure what will be required for the reservation system, but browsers of the site will need to be able to view available openings and reserve a service in an available time. This reservation system will need to be used by office computers as well. I'm assuming some type of database will be used. Doesn't matter what kind as long as it is functional and secure. The website will need to have a clean "2.0" type of look. I have high expectations for this site, and want it looking fresh, clean, and inviting. I want it to look somewhat like [login to view URL] only different colors, more crisp, and less complex/confusing background images. I will need to see examples of your work before I will proceed. I can be flexible with my budget if you can provide outstanding work. I would also enjoy a short description of how you would accomplish the reservation system.
