Customisation of items in Prestashop needs fixing. - repost

We have a small e commerce website, in Prestashop: [login to view URL] The whole concept of the business is built around the idea of customised items - where customers can change different colours, fonts, add their own texts etc until they get the product they want. Then they press save, for their changes to save and ADD TO CART However, we had many customers complaining that the SAVE button doesn't work. Meaning once they selected all the features they want and they click SAVE button or ADD To CART, all their selections are lost and the things return to their default. I need someone who can fix the bug and make the features the customers select to save in their shopping baskets., as the whole idea of the website is based on personalised items.
