Hi, this is not too complicated so I will be selecting the best low price on the bids. Anyone who also knows how to create CSS animation, I will have a lot more work for you in future too. So for this project i'd like someone to create an animated background like the one in the link below (the blue section at the top). I'd like you to make this to be done in a few different colours (I will provide them). I need you to make it work for a joomla website as background for specific module positions.
