Converting PSD to HTML

I am looking for an HTML programmer who can work on 2-3 banners that have already been created, converting them from PSD to HTML language so that we can edit them for the different sections of our website. This means being able to edit the text and images in the banner. We hope to find a suitable candidate that we can work with long term on future projects. Here are the main requirements: 1. The banner will need to be made in a few elements so it can easily be edited and images must be saved separately 2. I need to be able to change the ALT images 3. Certain font requirements and proportions must be the same 4. It must be in DIV, not table The specific details will be given to serious applicants If we feel you are a suitable candidate we will explain the details of the project further. Should you be a successful candidate, we would also require you to sign a contract stating that the work you do for us may not be used for personal interests.
