photoshop logo for website, business card, letterhead etc

I require the following done in photoshop A logo = the company name is "Assured Gas Safety Services" maybe with the initials used also AGSS. I require differnt versions done for a web site, A4 letter head and business card (dimensions below) done at 300 pixels per square inch Business Card: Dimensions Bleed Size: 3.54" x 2.05", 90mm x 52mm, 1062 x 615 pixels Cut Size: 3.43" x 1.93", 87mm x 49mm, 1028 x 579 pixels Finished artwork should use the full bleed dimensions for best results. A4 Letter head Dimensions Bleed Size: 8.39" x 11.81", 213mm x 300mm, 2517 x 3544 pixels Cut Size: 8.27" x 11.69", 210mm x 297mm, 2480 x 3508 pixels Finished artwork should use the full bleed dimensions for best results. The design is up to you, I would need to see a demo before agreeing it. Payment made by escrow on completion and after I have received the photoshop files Any questions let me know Thanks Lee
