need three tiles for website (like banners)

I need a design for a banner on our website. The banner will pop up when someone opens our website. The website is here: http://ohio fla gfoot [login to view URL] (no spaces) I'd like to see three different designs, and then chose one for the final. The three sketches can be done however you would like, but they need to convey the idea. The final needs to be in Photoshop, 400px by 400px, 72 dpi. Here are ideas for the three designs. 1. Out mascot standing on the state of Ohio (USA) looking very happy with kids around him. 2. The mascot holding a giant football above his head. Have some kids around him having fun. Put the state of Ohio in the background. 3. The mascot holding a the Ohio flag in one hand and a football in the other hand. The banner needs to say: Join the Largest Flag Football Program in OHIO! click here to learn more about our program - It needs to be very colorful. - Our mascot needs to be in the design, he needs be excited. The image of the mascot needs to be unique, not one copied from the website. - It should be very active, use stars, swirls or other shapes to make it very busy.
