design/layout of business plan

YOU NEED TO SHOW ME IN YOUR BID A DESIGN YOU HAVE DONE FOR A PRINTED DOCUMENT; PRFERABLY A BUSINESS PLAN. We have a 20 page business plan but look a bit dull. We would like to format it or give it maybe a footer, or header, our logo (already been done), format the index, coloured headings, a cover page or whatever design elements we could use to make it look more professional. I do think that you do not have to use any picutres for this. Or design new elements just give it a nice style. Eike
