Website Design

I need a website designed asasp. All i need is a one page design layout jpg is required. From there we will slice and actaully make the pages. Soo we actually only need a jpg image of the artowrk for the site. It is a motorsport site and we will supply a left and right side large format image. we would like the websites to look simialr to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] If all goes well with this project we have 15-20 that we need this service for as well. We are in a time crunch and this is why we need this service. the the template should be 800 px wide by 1000 px high.
