464051 Joomla Template Design & Banner Design

I am upgrading from Mambo to Joomla 1.5 and am looking to redesign the template. I'm after a crisp fresh design, use the attached image as a guide, I'm no expert so please ask any questions you may have. I also need a new banner, that will fit in with the template design to go across the top, feel free to use your design flair, as I have none! You can see the existing banner at the top of www.avprojectorlamps.com. The Main products we sell are Projector Lamps, Projectors and Projector Mounts, feel free to add images to the banner if you think it requires it. I would like my logo included (top left of existing banner). I would be open to suggestions and happy to see any examples/mock ups you may want to show me. Thanks
