Improve logo, header and theme

I would like a creative person to redesign/improve the attached design so it looks more professional 1. See attached [login to view URL] file, need to recreate the logo with similar theme but more clean 3d kind of image. The "R" and "S" should looks fabric like and as if they laced into each other. The 3d effect should help make that lacy effect pop out. 2. See the attached [login to view URL], need to recreate the header such that it looks more aesthetic. Currently the "Ritu Select" text is too much at the top. It should be moved a little down and a little to the right such that it looks correctly aligned with the "RS" logo. The texts "Ritu Selects" and the tag line "An elegant fashion boutique" should pop out in the header rather that just plain text in the header. 3. Open the attached [login to view URL] file and see the index page. The left and right background should go away, the top section background should looks like an extension of the header and same for the footer. The center of the website should look like an extension of the middle section of the website ... so that everything looks consistent and one piece of page. However the page should be designed such that it leaves blank sections at it left and right as-is now but just using the similar theme as the main content on the page rather that just plain brown color. 4. All these updates should be incorporate into this page aesthetically. All images (logo, header) should be included as images so that they can be used on all other pages on the website. Please bid only if ou clearly understand the requirement and can turn this designs around quickly. I can explain the details over a call, but the person should be able to get the idea quickly and put the desgn together in a day or 2 max.
