Designer for Websites Required

We are looking for an expert level designer to work on an on-going basis with our development team. You will be closely supervised by our development team leader and will communicate over MSN Messenger or Skype. You must be readily avilable to communicate while working on a job. You must be a talented designer have excellent english. Please make your bid an hourly rate. Initially you will be interviewed to see if you meet the required standard. Afterwards you will be given a small project to see how well you go. We are interested in dealing directly with the individual who does the design, we do not want to communicate through a middle man. You will be judged on the quality of your design work. We are specifically interested in web design and logo design. HTML skills will be needed but are not as important. Please provide links to examples of websites you have designed.
