DNN Website

Hello to all, I need a DNN website built from scratch. Here's the process - 1. I will share what I need in the website (color preference, design preference etc) and also share some examples. You will create 4 sketches (no need to code) and I will pick one of them. I will make changes to the one I picked as needed. We'll do that 4-5 times with minor changes to the selected sketch. 2. You'll code it - make it mobile friendly - should work on all devices. 3. I'll test it and ask you to make changes as needed. Functionality: -Slider on home page that can easily be changed by non-technical people. -This site will be a small news site for a local school - there will be multiple categories, and sub categories. There will be users assigned who can edit only the sub categories they are allowed to and nothing else. -The site will have translators who will translate the English site into two other languages - mulch-lingual capability. -a couple of surveys. Please note: even though the project is simple, it will take some time to complete because there will be a lot of going back and forth. The overall time should take the same from your end though. I like to work with someone throughout the process, not simply ask someone to get it done and leave it at that :) If you can work with these guidelines, please bid.
