Auction Annihilation

Ok I have a website, its old and needs to be updated its not live anymore.. basically I can give you the old website, and I want you to update it... as well as make it look better as it does not look professional and I need it to be.. This is not an auction website, it is a website for matrix type list, ebooks, etc.... Mostly you will just as i said have to change some details, make it look professional, maybe use a few different images to replace the ones on there or some of them anyway, and make sure all contact details are correct, as well as all forms are correct.. Also I need users to be able to log into this website to see the statuses of the lists.. this used to be really really poor and it wasnt set up for individual.. if possible I would like it set up so when a new member signs up they fill in a registration form, etc.. and are given a username & password to view the list they are signing up to.. I can send through a copy of the old website through a zip file or something to check out and get an idea of what I want... I have attached the zip file of the old website I definitly want to see a mock up page too even if it's just a screen shot to see what sort of professional look you will offer. Thank you in advance!
