Application Design, menu layout, fonts etc.

Hi, We are developing a language learning app, it has 2 main tabs. We have a scatch of the main page, and will offer you this ui design. We are seeking designers to provide developers with all files that is required for the development, like PSD files. As I already mentioned we have a scetch, a basic concept of what the layout and menus should look like. See it attached. As you can see the design itself is pretty complete, you wouldnt need to do much except creating psd files for the developers for different menus of the app. The layout: 1. Progress 2. Profile 3. Blog, this feature of the app is going to be a dinamic server based blog function, check out the following as a reference: [login to view URL] We need you to create a layout like that for the Blog tab. We are the sole owner of all works made for hire. The consultant retains no copyright. We get the electronic source files of all works, both finals and drafts.
