Hi i am looking for an experienced and creative web developer that has incorporated software on a website that allows users to cartoon themselves. i.e users upload a picture of themselves and the software produces a cartoon character of that person. The software has to be embedded on the site The software has to be flexible which allows admin to create different characters of that person.
