Poker Website and Banners

I own the domain Play Poker For a Living.com. I am looking for a programmer to design a website for me on it. The website is very simple and just needs to be able to display alot of information neatly. Attached is some rough html of what kind of layout i was imaging the site to have. The exact detail and information will be provided to the programmer once the bidding has closed. The site requires no programming just a nice HTML layout. I was imagining the site to be similar to [login to view URL] (ofcourse not craps related, like it is.) I like the layout they have, expect for the background. As well as the design i would like the following banners made for it: 3 * 468*60 banners 3 * 120 * 60 banners 3 * 120 *600 banners The site must also be optimised for the search engines and hence each individual pages must have individual meta tags etc. I am also looking for a programmer who can work with me on future projects.
