Need Web site Banner & Image, Web site Designer

I need somebody who can design professional banners images & web sites (HTML &CSS). I need long time relationship. When you bid please tell me how much you will charge per banner design if it varies based on size please include that too. How much you will charge for web sites(Most of them single page). The banner/Site has to be extremely professional. He has to finish the work faster as well. I may not have lot of work now but I am expecting more in the near future. I should be able to talk to the technicians directly rather than talking to a project manager etc...
