Need vector art found for use in an application

I have an app that needs categories of vector icons/artwork. I need the art to be legal for use in commercial applications in US. It needs to be provided in eps format with a JPG preview, and have commercial creative commons license. Looking to spend about $45-50. Categories 25 icons total for each: Animals - Cute animals... Horses, Dogs, Cats, Amphibians, Pets, Dolphin, Shapes - Basic shapes in vector Emoticons - Various designs Glasses - Glasses to overlay on a persons face Hair Styles - Hair styles to add to pictures of pets, faces, etc Love - Hearts, cupid, valentines etc Nature - Rocks, Flowers, Rainbow, etc Party - Streamers, Birthday cake, whistles, fireworks etc Holiday - Themed animals and icons.. Santa, Easter bunny, 4 leaf clover, christmas tree, candles, etc Also need 25 frames created for use in overlaying on a photograph. Please print and email the form back prior to requesting a milestone. I will pay once the artwork has been uploaded to our dropbox account. Thank you
