Commission based sales for travel website

Hi there, I have a travel website ([login to view URL]) and am looking to put together a team of commission based sales people to sell banner ads and possibly coupons for our site. The coupons would be $9.95 a month and the banners would be $29.95/month. The position would be either online, in person or over the phone--whatever you prefer. The commission rate is 50% for the life of the contract--so if you get a 12 month contract you make 50% of it. Attitude is more important that aptitude.
