I am an electronics engineer by qualification, an experienced copy editor and proof reader, and I am endowed with writing skills too. Please check my profile.... am open to communication between the two of us so that the articles are of the quality that you expect and a very close presentation of what you would like to say... Since research is needed, i would take 2 days (16 working hours) to complete 3-4 articles, that is, to complete one topic and would like to charge $40 for a day's work. This means i would take 60 days to complete the project of 30 different topics... and am ready to start work right away. I am however ready to be payed for 50 days of work at the rate of $40 per day.... I would like to be paid every fortnight...The following is a sample of my writing.... Should films have a message?.... Is there a single action that does not carry with it a message? Everything around us has a message as long as one is receptive. If even the subtlest and the most unintentional of the slightest of movements is pregnated with messages, then what about a medium that is as powerful as the cinema. Cinema with it's widest reach not only in numbers but also in it's range of audience wittingly or unwittingly carries a message. The question lies about how responsible are the film makers going to behave. "Live and let live." If only the film makers resolve to be more responsible, they could take care not to get to the extent of glorifying unwanted baser instincts, violence and abuse. Are they aware that they could affect the attitudes of generations on various important issues like family values, morality, nonviolence, political and social responsibility and motivation? Films can create and even sustain political leaders, affect the thought processes of the millions and may be even change values of a culture. With such a powerful media as a tool and such a vulnerable audience as the cine-goers, it is but imperative that movies at least do not send wrong signals. Films do have a message always - just take care that they do not give the wrong ones..... Written by Indu Jagannathan
