Approved Cpa accounts wanted

Hello. I need to buy existing CPA accounts Or have CPA accounts made for me as quickly as possible. Buying is a goo option as it is done fastest. Few companies include but not limited to - Azoogle Copeac NeverblueAds Cpaempire Maxbounty Hydra Network [login to view URL] PepperJamNetwork etc. I would also need a CJ US publisher account if possible. (It should auto approve me for it's top advertisers that usually decline application for non US publishers.) All accounts must have been approved through the phone call CPA companies do. I will need the email that was used to sign up with the account. The project will be given to the person who have averages the most rep, cheapest price and shortest time to complete the project. I would need some advice as well as to how to make it look like absolutely normal to cpa companies when they see the change in ownership, payment details changing ... I would like that you change the account details first and then give it to me. Also I would need a bit of testing/running with the account before I send payment to you.
