## Deliverables
Meet Diana,
Diana is a recruiter with a large multinational. Diana is hiring and receives hundreds of applications. She has to decide who to select for the next phase of the recruitment process.
Although many applicants have potential on paper, but she doesn't know if they have the soft skills required for the job (soft skills: personality, communication skills and motivation for wanting the job. Ideally she would meet all the candidates for a few minutes to get an impression of their soft skills.
(optional: she has been using phone screening for this but she is faced with the logistical problems to go through (show symbol for telephone, planning, preparing and execute) are to high. Also, interviewing everybody personally is too much work. Also she is asking the candidates to make an investment in travel time and taking time of their current job for the interview)

Meet Mary
Mary has been using *Company name *and saved time and costs with it. It works as follows:
She logs on to *Company name *and adds a job. She records/uploads her video questions and receives a unique link to the job, which she uses in her current ATS to email all the candidates. The candidates record their answer where and whenever suits them best.
The applicant has never seen this recruitment method before and appreciates the savings in time and quick response by Diana. Also, using these new recruitment techniques must certainly indicate that the company she is applying at is innovative and progressive in their daily practices.
The only thing the applicant needs is a PC, webcam and internet. When the applicant click on the link, they're redirected to a company branded page, so they feel like they're applying with you. The applicant receives a thorough setup and sees an introduction video. After this, the video question is played, the applicant gets a small amount of time to think and*Company name *automatically records their answer.
Diana receives all applications and shares these applications with a colleague. Together they review the applicants and decide who can go through to the next round.
Diana has lowered her costs, increased the quality of applicants that come to the interview and receives compliments from her manager, the hiring manager and her CFO!
