I currently own a coffee shop/bakery and I want a invetory control system created for my business. I already have the tables and concept roughly worked out. I just need someone to develop it for me.
I will need to track the following things
1)Vendors (People that seel me raw materials)
2)Items (raw materials I purchase from the vendor and a price (price can change so we must be able to track changes in price)
3)Receipes (used to track what items we use to make finished goods, for example - med cup of coffee recipe will use 12 oz's coffe, 1 medium cup, 1 oz of cream)
4) Production Sheets, made up of many recipes, e.g. 10 cookies, 30 dounts, 8 figures eights. It is possible to have multiple productions per day. Production sheets will deplete inventory.
5) Throw away sheets - track the # of produce items that remain at the end of the day.
6) Register data - tracks sales for a given time period, all data from the register will correspond to a given recipe. For example. medium coffe.
7) Several reports will be needed.
I already have the tables pretty much designed and the concept figure out I just need someone to design it.

Once this portion of the project is completed and workin I will have a 2nd phase which will balance cash registers daily.
