Create an Adobe Premiere CS6 project with placeholders

We need to create one Adobe Premiere CS6 project, here is the specs: - 5 seconds of Colorbars SMTPE with audio tone of 1kHz -20dBFS with 4 audio channels with 15 seconds, after that 2 seconds of black video without audio, 5 seconds of clapperboard placeholder, more 2 seconds black seconds after clapperboard, them we add 15 seconds of an video placeholder, and after that we need more 5 seconds of blank screen. In resume Colorboards SMTPE (15 seconds) -> Black screen (2 seconds) -> Clapperboard (5 seconds) -> Black Screen (2 seconds) -> Main Vídeo placeholder (15 seconds) -> Black Screen (5 seconds) Video Specs: I need also the project in this specs: XDCAM 50Mpbs Video: MXP Op1a, MPEG-2 4:2:2, 50Mbps, 1920 x 1080, 59.94i, 24 Bits Áudio Audio: 4 channels, channel 1 = PGM Stereo L channel 2 = PGM Stereo R channel 3 = PGM Stereo L channel 4 = PGM Stereo R
