company video with after effect / cinema 4d video with 2 template

This is a 45 to 60 seconds company movie with music 1) using a template.(below) texture,motion, 3d are identical .At the end letter of the template letters need to be assembled with the logo frames with an effect, the "promo" label frame need to be to move (twisting) 2) record a google earth zoom to my street address 3)shortcuted 3 videos , added labels in it with effects, inseret my logo. 4) ending is a text messge "have a good shooping" in a template (below) i need my 3d logo with the "promo" twisted effect as well for my site Design suggestions are very welcome [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
