We are a small live event production company specializing in lighting, sound, staging, and live video projection. We'd like to have a way to put up a "twitter crawler" at the bottom of our live screens that displays tweets about the handles and hashtags that we decide on. The crawler would look something like the news crawler/ticker at the bottom of many news shows. The way that we'd like the application to work is that the crawler is user customizeable as far as font size, font type, ticker color, font color, ticker size, ticker position, etc. We'd also like to be able to have the user type in which hashtags and handles to include, and have an option to exclude a particular handle if that person begins tweeting something we don't like. The application needs to run in full screen on a separate monitor connected to the machine, and the crawler needs to be displayed on a field of green. In other words, make it so that the second monitor displays a full screen of green (hex 33FF00) and the twitter crawler sits on top of that field of green. This will make it so that later, we can chroma key out the green. That said, that color cannot appear anywhere else in the application, or it will be keyed out as well making it transparent.
