C++ Tutorial (Urgent)

I want an Expert to create Training Tutorials on C++ language The tutorials must be in text format and must pass copyscape. Screenshots and visuals, to aid learning will be a plus. If you think you are the right candidate , please answer the following questions in your bid 1) What is your C++ language Experience? 2) Give me sample of any C++ language Tutorial you may have created earlier? 3) Also we need your outlook and valuable suggestions over course outline. Please tell us any important or unimportant topics to add or remove (Attachment)? This course is intended for beginners whom we want to skill up to intermediate levels. 4) Also classify which one will be handson and which will be theory part in the course outline.
