Hi! Yes, I know you asked for a native english speaker, but you also asked for someone with a previous experience in translating legal content. If you check my portfolio, you'll see I've translated a whole tax guide into english (from portuguese, I know, but not from the portuguese we speak in Brazil). Besides, I do have a Law degree, which makes me very familiar with the technicalities of legal contents, and not only in my mother tongue. Since I had to read a lot of foreign authors - especially italian (like Bobbio) and american ones (lide Dworkin) -, I always chose to read the original text (at least if it was in english or italian. The french ones I had to read translated). That practice allowed me to become familiar with technical legal speaking in not one, but three different languages.
