Looking for fast and accurate transcribers. Job Description: The hired freelancer will be sent a link to an audio file (Dropbox link) everyday at 11:30 PM or at 9:30 AM IST via freelancer.com message service. Along with the link a deadline will be set for the same audio. Generally deadline for 30 minutes of audio would be 4.5-5 hours and for a 60 minute audio, the deadline will be 9-10 hours. from the time of assignment. Note: Not being able to submit the file within the deadline will result in deduction of pay. The freelancer once hired will be under probation for a period of 15 days. During this time he/she would be given feedback and an overall rating out of 5 for each of the transcripts submitted. After completing the probationary period, exceptional transcriptionists will be hired for a long term project. Pay: During the probationary period (First 15 days) $5 per hour of audio. After probationary period (Long term Transcribers) $15 per hour of audio. You will be entitled for bonuses as well for accurate and timely work. All payments will be made twice a month.
