Hope this finds you well. I am currently recruiting for a 300-hr English audio transcription job.I do not have full details on the job just yet, but at this time I am looking to find English audio transcribers who are available to take on work for the next month. We would provide you with an mp3 file, and would expect a word document in return (samples and templates will be provided). If you are available and/or interested to take on audio transcription work within this timeframe, please respond via email with: 1) number of AUDIO hours you can transcribe per day, or 2) number of hours of AUDIO you can transcribe per night/weekend (if you are not a full-time transcriber) 3) the software that you use for transcription (Express Scribe, Start Stop, Olympus etc.) 4) do you own a foot pedal? Or do you use hotkeys? 5) daytime phone number(s) where I can reach you 6) rates for audio transcription. As this is such a large project, I am looking for as many qualified (native-speaking) English transcribers as possible. I am interested in your project and would love to work it into my schedule. I spend between 5 and 7 hours transcribing per day - usually late afternoon and evening. I work weekdays and some weekends, but make myself available to complete deadlines. My bid rate is $45 per audio hour. Hello we have been doing transcription for a period of four years now and we have gained experience through the years. Our rates are negotiable, we charge 20 dollars for an hours audio. We are capable to transcribing two hours of audio a day, we use Express Scribe to transcribe the audio files, the software has hot keys with it so it makes our work much easier.

I am bidding $.008 (eight-tenths of 1 cent) per word. I can transcribe approximately one hour of audio per day (7,500 words), 5 days a week (five hours of audio or 37,500 words). I am available for as many weeks as you may require. I use the Express Scribe program for transcription, and I own a foot pedal.
