Hi, I have worked for 1 year as Marketing Analyst and have more than 5 years of experience working as social media marketer/designer. This is the basic process I follow. However a detailed case study will be done in which all the plans and milestones for the brand will be laid out before starting the project. Social Media campaign will include social media management(SSM), online reputation management (ORM), ads management and Monthly analysis report. Basic Strategy as follows: (organic and In-organic marketing) - Customer engaging timeline will be created - Daily research to create relevant fresh content. - Daily posts, tweets and follows - Quick response to customer messages, mentions, comments and queries. - Giveaways/Contests. - To increase reach we will make use of facebook ads - Social Media Campaigns Facebook Ads will be customized: - to reach right targeted group - daily check and analysis of ad performance - ads to send traffic to the website - ads to increase likes on the page - ads to increase customer conversion Monthly analysis report will be provided: - Your page traffic from External Referrers - Your Reach to the customers - Brand audience details like age, gender, country, city.
