Create SRS for PrestaShop module development

I need help creating SRS documents with detailed requirements to develop a prestashop module. So you should have good experience in Prestashop and SRS development too. In brief, my requirements is that the document will be used later by a developer to: 1. Develop PrestaShop module to convert prestashop from single seller shop to a marketplace where many sellers offer their products in a single shop 2. Each seller, can add his own products, shipping couriers, payment processors, use the default ones, or use a mix of the Two. 3. Any buyer is granted seller privileges by default. 4. Ticketing system to manage the communication between admin, seller, and buyer. 5. Commission system to charge the seller fees for using the website services. 6. RMA and dispute management system. 7. Seller rating system. Of Course, the above are initial requirements and if you were selected for this project, you will need to review and propose the best way to meet the above, so you have to have experience in Prestashop architecture.
