web based research on graduate school stipends

I am trying to encourage my friend to go to graduate school and they don't have the money and so they need 2 things, full scholarship and a stipend. I need at least 4 programs in New York CIty at least 3 programs in New York State (but not in NYC) at least 3 programs in New Jersey at least 2 programs in Connecticut at least 2 programs in Massachusetts at least 2 programs in Pennsylvania at least 1 program in Washington DC at least 3 programs in Florida at least 3 programs in California at least 2 programs in Washington State at least 1 program in Oregon at least 4 programs in Europe The results of your work should include URL of school, URL of the information about the stipend, amount of stipend available and if possible responsibilities of the recipient of the stipend. Also the degree offered and the field of the degree.
