Textile Sourcing India - 10 Days

Seeking reliable and experienced Textile (home wares) Furniture Sourcing Agent for a two week project. Please note - this is not to source huge volumes. This is a role for a creative thinker - detective style sourcing - for small quantities of various textiles. All textiles will be shipped to the UK and then mounted to decorative 2 m x 1 m panels. We also seek a freelance seamstress who may need to make alterations to found textiles before shipping. We would like to create six panels in each sourced texture - yet its important we can reproduce multiples if he six samples are successful. Example: Sourcing of brass disks which would then be stitched to a backing cloth of 1 metre by 2 meters (six pieces required)[login to view URL] We are planning a trip to Delhi and Mumbai the middle week of April - ideally the sourcing would be completed by then - perhaps 2 weeks work. Then the Agent would help negotiate sample purchase and oversee shipping to the UK. Please bid with experience. Having an eye for detail is absolutely critical.
