Creating Expert Advisor from a MT4 Indicator

Hi everyone! I got an MT4 indicator (mq4) from the net and I would like to make an EA out of this. Here are the rules: 1) At the startup, the EA will not immediate execute an order. It should wait until the line change color. 2) The EA should close the previous order when the color changed. At the same time, a new position should be opened. 3) Red = short; Blue = long 4) EA should be applicable to all time frame, and all currency pair and commodities. 5) Desired volume (lot) may be set 6) Must have option to long only or short only Please contact me for the indicator.
