You've mentioned that you had already a database in place though you haven't shared which one it is. Considering the size of it, 3000 records, I assume that's an access database. Since this is .net project I think it might as well be ms sql. Please let me know about it. Either way data in it will be imported to a new database of your choice in the firsthand. Program will be a simple winforms application through which you'll be able to input new records easily. There'll also be fields, based on your requirements not clear yet, for you to query the database and filter the records in interest and output those to pdf files in the formats you've shared. Anyway, I can start as soon as you award the project and expec to be done within 5 days, it'll be ready by Monday in next week at worst. I suggest to use c# to implement this but you've tagged visual basic along the skills. It is ok to use visual basic of course if it's obligatory. Thanks Ibrahim

I can design your application using Visual Studio 2015 - I see you are interested in VB, which is fine for me. I went through your pdf scanned documents. They were clear about your needs, there are enough questions however : you did not mention which database you need (Access, SQL server, something else) ? Is it easy to share a couple of your databases for sample data ? Your databases will be imported from the developer at the first stage of the "go-live" and from that point you will be manipulating new inputs from the screen ? Or you want to import orders from external files in a regular basis ? Also, I would like to discuss about the "normalization" of the fields I saw (for example : customer can have multiple orders, so customer data should be in a separate table - correct ?
