This project consists of creating a scraper application that will 1) retrieve unique identifiers from an attached spreadsheet (example attached: 1---ListOfParcelNumbersToBeScraped), pull up a specific webpage using the unique identifier as the only difference in the URL (examples for doing so attached: 2---ExamplesOfURLForSomeParcelNumbersToBeScraped), scrape some elements of the webpage (defined in attached file "3---WhereValuesToBeReturnedAreLocated"), and write the contents of the data scraped into a single CSV file (example attached: 4---ReturnedResultsCSV). The end result will be 2 items: 1) a scraper application that takes a spreadsheet in the format attached spreadsheet (example attached: 1---ListOfParcelNumbersToBeScraped), and 2) the contents of the scraper results of that file from this task exercise (attached: 1---ListOfParcelNumbersToBeScraped) populated in a single CSV file (like attached: 4---ReturnedResultsCSV).
