Software running on windows clients which detects certain IP connection outbound and interacts with local server

-detect if an outbound connection to certain IPs get established Will you provide the list of IPs that need to be detected ? -if so it should alarm the local server and report which client has connection to the IP We will use live intimation between server and client,but server ip needs to be specified. -other clients should get the report that this client has the connection established Same live intimation will be done,but server ip needs to be configured Goal is to have a tray icon (i.e. a regular circle) in windows which is red when no client is connected to certrain IPs and gets red when one is connected to them. Icon can be provided. The alarm to the local server could be written into a regular file and other clients check if the file is empty or not to change status Needs a bit of discussion on this
