Implement Multi-Tenant Online Training Platform

Hi, We need an eLearning/LMS to be implemented to provide training courses for various organisations. The training needs to be repeated for each employee each year. Training is to include static content and a quiz at the end of each section. Reporting on who is due soon or has not completed is required for particular roles. The look and feel needs to be heavily customised, to match a flat, modern corporate layout. I’ve attached a more detailed set of requirements. The development is to be split into 3 stages of functionality. The first phase is quite urgent, and then a more detailed requirement specification to follow for stage 2 and 3. We want to start development ASAP. You’re free to choose whatever base platform to start with, either open source or paid. Likewise with any templates. Please respond with the following: 1. Similar projects or experience. 2. Time for completion of stage 1. 3. Cost for completion of stage 1. 4. Approximate time for completion of stages 2 and 3. 5. Approximate hours of work for completion of stages 2 and 3. The output of stage 1 is a functioning LMS, branded as required using a template as a basis. A sample course and quiz is to be functioning. Stage 2 will include creating the course content from 70 PowerPoint slides, and 4 sections, each with a multiple choice quiz. Also required for phase 1 are mock-up’s (PNG files) of what requirements 15, 15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 15.4, 15.5 would look like to the user. You will be required to host the setup on a development environment initially, then transfer to a our hosted environment. We can use a cpanel setup for stage 1. What we would like is to establish a long term relationship with a developer we work well with. The 3 stages described are not the end of development, just enough detail to allow selection.
