Data Mining Website Scraping Extracting Harvesting

I would like a program to be created which I can rerun at any time to extract every Realtor listed on Realtor.com. Here is the link to display the search results using zip code 10583: [login to view URL] I need to extract the data for all the agents listed in every zip code in the USA. The program should pull the zip codes from a .xls file provided.
