Amazon AWS Lamba Python Script

Hi, I need a python script created that can perform an RJ256 (or 128) encryption on Python 2.7 written purely in Python. I need a function that takes two parameters: - Key (base64 encoded) - Initialization Vector (base64 encoded) - Data (UTF-8 string) I need it to return a string that is base64 encoded, it needs to be compatible with PHP's implementation of RJ256 (or 128) so that I can encrypt/decrypt from both sides. The script needs to be capable of being uploaded and executed on Amazon's Lambda service without issue while being as efficient as possible.
