Add a drop down menu to my video player

I have my video player and want to add a drop down button on this same video player to be able to go to a specified time frame. Find attached a rendering example of the design of my player and how the drop down needs to be positioned with the size and design. For example if you press on Living Room from the drop down menu the video goes directly to a specific time frame in the same video to show the living room part.
