Salesforce Implementation for Small Ecommerce Business

1. Consultation on what Salesforce package I will need or if their is a better CRM/ERP/Other option available. 2. Set up a comprehensive Salesforce database with reporting to manage my customers by tracking orders, order dates, $ totals and other pertinent data. 3. Track customer communications with the ability to sort customers by last purchase and last communication. Integrate our gmail accounts into this process. 4. Import via API new orders from Bigcommerce into Salesforce so that they are "filed" under the correct customer. A very simple .NET program would work fine. Other details: - 650 Total Customers - 5-20 orders per day - Google Apps email - 3 database users - We use Asana for task management and order fulfillment so we do not need that functionality.
